These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which Media Marketing Consulting SL, a company specializing in consulting and advertising (CIF: B66559923), provides its services to its clients. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Media Marketing Consulting SL offers services including:
– Marketing strategy development.
– Advertising campaign creation and management.
– Digital performance analysis and optimization.
Specific details are specified in the quote or contract signed between the parties.
All services begin upon written acceptance of a quote by the Client. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once accepted, they are binding on both parties.
– Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes.
– A 30% deposit may be required upon ordering. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice.
– In the event of late payment, legal penalties will be applied in accordance with Spanish regulations.
Media Marketing Consulting SL undertakes to provide its services professionally and within the agreed deadlines.
1. Provide all information necessary for the performance of the services.
2. Respect the agreed payment deadlines.
In the event of non-compliance with contractual obligations by either party, the contract may be terminated after formal notice has remained unanswered for 15 days.
The deliverables provided by Media Marketing Consulting SL remain its property until full payment for the services.
Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged under the contract.
Media Marketing Consulting SL shall not be held liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages resulting from the use or failure to comply with the recommendations provided.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the Service Provider’s registered office.
